Crew Members - NEW International Terminal Store

International Terminal Auckland Airport!

Dunkin’ Donuts is currently accepting applications for Fulltime Crew Member positions for DUNKIN' INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL in the Arrivals area of the Auckland International Airport.  Dunkin' International Terminal is due to open in March 2025.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, Crew Members will be responsible for:

• Serving customers

• Food handling

• Creating barista level hot drinks

• Store cleanliness

• Cash handling and reconciliation

Due to the store's location in the Arrivals area of the Auckland International Airport, this store will operate long hours from early morning (approx. 5am) until late at night (approx. 11pm).  The store will also be open 7 days a week so these roles will require weekend work, and successful applicants will be able to work at least either an early morning or late night.

We are looking for tidy and well-presented individuals. Experience in customer service is an advantage as is retail and food safety experience, however full Dunkin' Donuts training will be provided. The ability to work as part of a team within the store and as part of the larger Dunkin' Donuts group is important to us. These positions require an excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
